Going away? Turn on an away reply and Doota answers new mail for you, so people know you’ll get back to them.
Open Account → Mail and find Vacation auto-reply. Flip it on and fill in:
- Subject — leave it empty and Doota replies with “Auto: Re:” plus the original subject.
- Message — what you want to say, e.g. “I’m away and will get back to you when I return…”
- Starts and Ends (optional) — schedule the away reply in advance and let it switch itself off when you’re back.
- Reply to each sender at most — once a day, or every 2, 4, 7, or 14 days.
If you leave the Message empty, Doota falls back to your normal signature on the reply.
