Rules, pins, away replies, and webhooks

A batch of tools for keeping on top of mail:
- Rules file incoming mail for you — label it, move it, star it, forward it, or mark it spam — and you can apply a new rule to mail you already have. See Organizing your mail.
- Pin the conversation you keep coming back to, so it stays at the top.
- Away replies answer new mail while you’re out, once per sender, on a schedule you set. See Away replies.
- Allowed & blocked senders let you decide, once, who always skips or always lands in Spam.
For developers, webhooks now POST signed event payloads
(sent, delivered, bounced, complained, failed, and inbound-mail) to
your systems — references only, never message content.
